1. What this covers
This policy explains what Divine Light Labs ("we") collects when you use Fuse, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.
2. What we collect
When you start texting Fuse we receive and store:
- Your phone number, supplied by the iMessage delivery service when you reach out.
- The conversation: what you tell us, what Fuse replies, the timing of each message.
- Onboarding answers: your name, your stated goal lane, your current state, your target, who the goal is for, the thing you've been avoiding, and the time you want morning drops.
- Voice notes you send us, and the transcript we generate from them.
- Commitments and outcomes: daily commits, wins, side quests, and any stakes you opt in to.
- Payment information, if you opt in to a paid stake. The card itself is handled by Stripe; we receive a charge confirmation and a customer ID, not your full card number.
- Operational logs: timestamps, model usage, and error traces needed to run and debug the service.
3. What we use it for
- Running the daily ritual: generating the right drop for you, replying in context, following up when you go quiet.
- Making Fuse better: looking at where the bot failed users and fixing it. Where we do this with stored conversations we work from anonymized samples whenever the question allows.
- Billing and support, where applicable.
- Complying with the law when we have to.
4. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run advertising against your conversations.
- We don't share your conversations with anyone outside the vendors listed below.
- We don't send your conversations to a public AI training set.
5. Vendors we share data with
Running Fuse requires a small set of trusted vendors. They only see the slice of data they need to do their job:
- Sendblue: handles iMessage delivery. Sees your phone number and the messages going to and from your thread.
- Anthropic: runs the language model that drafts Fuse's responses. Sees the conversation context required to produce a reply. Anthropic does not use API content to train its public models.
- ElevenLabs: synthesizes the voice notes. Sees the script we send for synthesis.
- Supabase: hosts our Postgres database and audio storage. Sees the data we store.
- Stripe: processes payments if you opt in to a stake. Sees your payment details.
- Cloudflare: serves this website. Sees standard web request metadata (IP, user agent, request time).
- Railway: hosts the Fuse server. Sees the application logs.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your conversation history for as long as your account is active so Fuse can stay in context. If you ask to be removed, we delete your conversations, transcripts, voice notes, and onboarding data within 30 days. We may retain a minimal record (your phone number on a do-not-message list) so we know not to text you again.
Billing records tied to paid stakes are kept for as long as US tax and accounting law requires.
7. Your rights
- Access: ask us what we have about you, and we'll send it.
- Deletion: ask us to delete everything tied to your phone number.
- Correction: tell us if anything we have is wrong.
- Stop messaging: reply STOP in the thread, or email us.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the email you used to sign up, or text us first so we can verify the phone number.
8. Children
Fuse is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.
9. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect the data we hold: encrypted transport (TLS) for all traffic, encryption at rest for stored data, scoped credentials for each vendor, and access limited to the people running the service. No system is bulletproof; if a breach happens we will tell affected users without unreasonable delay.
10. International users
Fuse is operated from the United States. If you use Fuse from outside the US, your data is transferred to and stored in the US.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where the change is significant, let you know in the iMessage thread.
